01 Binding Agreement
By accessing or using the services provided by Freezunaro Digital, located at freezunaro.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legal agreement between you and Freezunaro Digital, an Australian-based educational and career platform.
If you are accessing these services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our digital infrastructure or educational resources.
02 Educational Scope & Boundaries
Freezunaro Digital provides educational content, career guidance, and simulation environments for finance enthusiasts. It is critical to understand that our platform is strictly educational. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or brokerage services.
Core Limitations:
- All data provided is for instructional purposes only and should not be used as the basis for real-market capital decisions.
- User performance within our educational modules is not a guarantee of future success in live financial markets.
03 Third-Party Asset Integration
Our platform utilizes various third-party visualization tools, including TradingView technology, to provide advanced charting capabilities and market analysis displays. Your interaction with these components is subject to both our terms and the terms provided by the respective third-party providers.
Freezunaro Digital does not control the data feeds or technical infrastructure maintained by TradingView. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, downtime, or technical interruptions that originate from these external integrations.
04 Intellectual Assets
Ownership
All proprietary course material, proprietary indicators, validation frameworks, and algorithmic logic presented on Freezunaro Digital remains the exclusive property of Freezunaro Digital. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to consume this content for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Usage Restrictions
Reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our validation methodology or educational stacks is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use of our "Freezunaro" trademark or proprietary branding will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
05 Career Validation Ecosystem
The validation processes offered on our Validation Page are designed to assess skill competency. This process is part of our career development track.
- Successful completion of a validation track does not constitute a legal certification or financial license.
- External hiring partners maintain independent discretion over all employment decisions.
- Validation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the assessment process has commenced.
06 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Freezunaro Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of its educational platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses incurred during live market trading after using our resources.
